Boho Loft Steps from Punta Cocos - Jungle View

10/10 recommend ! Positive: For me this was a great location. If you are looking for remote peace and quiet you have found your spot. Also literally 20 steps from the building and you are on your own secluded beach. This was great for us as after dinner we would take our lawn chairs (provided by the unit) out to the beach and stargaze. Nice black out curtains keeping the sun out and great cold Air-conditioning The apartment is really big with a lush comfortable king bed and nice hot running water. Very well equipped with all your beach needs. The 2 folding beach chairs and rolling cooler were a lovley added touch. Full size kitchen and equipped kitchen easy to do your own cooking It's about a 30 minute walk to down town which we really enjoyed walking each night admiring all the beautiful developments along the way. I loved this place because it was a away from the "hustle and bustle " of Holbox downtown. And a golf cart taxi was only 200 pesos into town for the times we didn't want to walk . The host Karina was wonderful and helped us out with all the details we needed to make our stay as cosy as possible. Even our puppy was welcomed at the property Definitely recommend and cant wait to return !

Mala actitud de la anfitriona. Basureros enfrente de los ventanales. Positive: Es un lugar cómodo, bien equipado, y muy cerca de la playa cocos. Negative: Al parecer, si llegas después de las 6:00 PM, ya nadie te puede recibir. En mi experiencia, llegamos a las 7:00 PM, por desgracia nos tocó mal clima e íbamos con dos niños y maletas. Quieres llegar a descansar de un viaje pesado. Sin embargo nos tocó investigar solitos, cuál es el primer edificio y cuál el segundo, por qué nadie se presentó físicamente para mostrarnos el lugar. Todas las indicaciones fueron por WhatsApp. La indicación dada por Karina (así se presentó por WhatsApp) fue, llegar al primer edificio, piso uno departamento A101 y poner una clave para abrir. Y al marcar por teléfono para preguntar cuál era el primer edificio, la persona que contesto tal cual, me trató como tonta, pues literal me dijo que: ella dio claramente las indicaciones. El primer edificio no es el que se ve en las fotos. Jamás menciono en sus "indicaciones" que la clave era para abrir una caja (que con clave o sin clave se abre ) sacar unas llaves y abrir las dos cerraduras. El primer edificio queda justo en frente de los depósitos de basura 🪰🪰🪰. Las moscas se meten al abrir los ventanales. El olor a basura terrible. No hay personal de limpieza. Literal te toca solucionar a ti todo. Y Karina más preocupada por mandar al taxista las veces que lo necesites. Te ofrecen sombrilla ⛱️ para la playa, toda rota y oxidada. Inservible. Lo bueno que solo fuimos por tres noches, por qué íbamos a descansar no a limpiar departamentos.

Excellent staff, comfortable stay and very close to bioluminescence beach. Positive: Comfortable space, responsive staff and good overall amenities. Negative: The entrance had a wooden rack which was a bit misplaced. It poses a hazard. Further, our room was close to trash piles so the smell in balcony was offsetting. Otherwise no other complains.

Positive: Tolle Unterkunft nahe Punta Cocos. Das Zimmer ist großräumig, besitzt einen Smart Tv fähigen Fernseher und Abdunkelungsvorhänge. Wir hatten sogar ein Fahrrad mit Schloss inklusive. Das Personal war sehr nett, hat sich mehrfach erkundigt und schnell reagiert. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig gelegen und weiter weg vom Zentrum, was für uns allerdings super war. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen. Negative: Die Unterkunft hätte etwas sauberer sein können vor allem in der Küche (Kühlschrank war nicht sauber und rundherum noch viel Staub). Außerdem waren schon deutliche Flecken und Gebrauchspuren an der Couch und generell waren die Sanitär Anlagen schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Positive: El departamento es súper cómodo y completamente equipado: cuenta con reposeras, heladera portátil para la playa, bicicleta y equipo para hacer esnórquel. El lugar es muy tranquilo, ideal para descansar y desconectarse de la rutina. Y la ubicación… ¡inmejorable! Justo frente a la playa. Karina fue súper atenta desde el primer momento, nos brindó toda la información necesaria: actividades, ubicaciones clave, tiendas y lugares para visitar. Una experiencia para repetir sin dudas.
